A Glimpse of the Hong Kong Cetaceans and their Health Assessment

Have you ever heard of the two resident cetacean species in Hong Kong waters? Using digital camera and drone, our lab could identify individual dolphins and conduct visual health assessment. In case of any stranding, we would use various revolutionary techniques to "dissect" the carcass in order to reveal their biological health, life history and cause of death.
